Return and exchange policy

• We do not accept returns, only exchanges under certain conditions.
• Kannavarai Tea's exchange policy is hassle-free and simple.
• You need to initiate an exchange within 1 day.
• Only incorrectly delivered items and damaged items are eligible for exchange.
• All products that need to be exchanged should be sent back to us.
• Exchange is only available for limited pin codes, and return charges will be adjusted from customer payment.
• If the customer self-ships the returns, one-side shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
• Initial shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• The product should be in unused condition.
• The item should be returned with its original packaging.
• Only after receiving the item, we will inspect and initiate the refund process if all policy conditions are met.
• You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• When free gifts/offers are associated with purchases and the customer wishes to exchange the purchase, the customer has to return the free products along with the purchased product.
• Exchange will be accepted only for products purchased on this website.
• Kannavarai Tea products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
• Kannavarai Tea reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
